FAQ

  • How often should my fur baby be groomed?

Every 6-8 weeks. Depending on the breed. Ask your groomer in the store and they can give more of an idea for your fur baby specifically.

  • When should a puppy get its first grooming?

It's recommended to have a puppy groomed two weeks after their last set of vaccinations.

  • Why should my puppy not get a full hair cut on the first visit to the groomers.

Puppies are like kids. They are scared and not sure what is going on. We recommend a puppy package to start so we can introduce the sounds and experience with grooming. After each visit, we go over how your puppy did and what we can do next visit.

  • How much does grooming cost?

Depends on the breed and size of your fur baby.

  • What vaccines are needed for dog grooming?

We require up to date rabies.

  • How long does grooming take?

Time varies by breed, size, and temperament of your fur baby. Our goal is 2-3 hours for small dogs and 3-4 hours for large dogs.
